Summary: The coffee maker should have been a larger Keurig. When the single cup broke down they gave us a full size keurig. Master shower valve needs replacing. You could not regulate the hot and cold water Great location and nice to have 3 king beds. Mattress on downstairs left bedroom needs replacing or adjusting. Slants down to the headboard. Still enjoyed the stay.

Summary: Great location. Staff was courteous. Have stayed here many times before and after the decor update. In the hallways, I still wish they would have kept the pine wood instead of painting it black and the walls gray. I prefer the original look. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Summary: Good experience on summer trip there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area to relax. Super quiet. Good location to BC Village and trails. 10 minute walk on path to village and restaurants. Attractive and modern room.

Summary: The hotel seemed almost empty this year for some reason. Now you receive your room cleaned every other day instead of everyday, I think that is a new wrinkle and they also now charge $35 for parking and it’s mandatory. I like the Pines but there are a lot of options in Beaver Creek. Their restaurant is really good. Open for dinner.

Summary: This property is beautiful and so was our suite. We got off season rates, so truly cannot complain. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to be more prepared for emergencies. The power in the county went out for 2 hours and we were kind of stuck at the highest floor with no way to get any help except by calling via cell phone with whatever charge was left. Even the key cards didn’t work to get out of the stairway. Besides this, an excellent stay. Loved the well heated pool and the view from it.
